Roy M. Carubba, P.E.

Principal

Roy brings an impressive 39 years of comprehensive experience in civil and structural engineering as the founder of Carubba Engineering. His expertise spans the design of site infrastructure, encompassing municipality-maintained utilities and storm sewer systems. He is also adept at creating site-specific civil infrastructure, providing water and sewer supply solutions for both new construction projects and existing commercial facilities. He has conducted hydrologic and drainage impact analyses to ensure compliance with post-construction requirements across various municipalities in the Gulf States.
In the sphere of structural engineering, Roy specializes in designing multi-story frames, deep foundations, ground-supported structural foundations, and marine structures. He has successfully engineered numerous complex commercial and residential structures featuring multiple stories. Roy’s key areas of focus include forensic and failure analysis, as well as cost analysis and construction management.

When Roy isn’t working, he spends time with his two daughters, Stacie and Robin, and his grandchildren, Reese and Davis. With over 35 years of experience as a pilot, he enjoys taking aerial photographs while flying his plane. Roy is committed to maintaining his health by working out, riding his bicycle, and hiking. Additionally, he gives back to his community by volunteering with Giving Hope and Volunteers of America.
