Robin brings a diverse professional background spanning marketing, business development, legal services, and community engagement to her role as Marketing and Business Development Director at Carubba Engineering, Inc. She leads the firm’s marketing strategy, proposal development, communications, and client relations efforts, helping strengthen partnerships and support business growth throughout the Gulf South. Her work focuses heavily on relationship-building, strategic communication, and positioning the firm across both public and private sectors within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
Prior to joining Carubba Engineering in her current role, Robin worked as a paralegal for nearly a decade, gaining valuable experience in legal coordination, case management, and client communication. Her legal background continues to support the firm’s forensic engineering and legal consulting efforts through detailed documentation, organization, and coordination related to complex claims and litigation support projects.
Robin is actively involved in professional and community organizations throughout Southeast Louisiana. She currently serves as Programming Director for Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) SeLA, Board Secretary for VIA LINK, and previously served as Business Council Director for the Junior League of New Orleans. She is also an alumna of Delta Gamma Fraternity.
In addition to her work at Carubba Engineering, Robin is the Lead Instructor for Mahjong Orleans, a thriving American mahjong business based in New Orleans that has introduced hundreds of players across the region to the game through lessons, leagues, private events, and community partnerships. Through her teaching experience, she has developed a strong passion for public speaking, communication, and building meaningful connections within the community.
Robin earned a Bachelor of Science in Textiles, Apparel, and Merchandising from Louisiana State University in 2012, and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Tulane University in 2015.
