Fara Pherigo brings strong organizational leadership and professionalism to her role as Assistant Project Manager at Carubba Engineering. With over five years of experience in construction permitting and regulatory compliance, she plays an essential role in helping projects move efficiently from initial coordination through final approvals and deliverables. Fara specializes in managing permit applications, coordinating with municipalities and regulatory agencies, and helping streamline approval timelines to support project efficiency and compliance.

In addition to permitting coordination, her responsibilities include managing project documentation, coordinating schedules and deadlines, facilitating communication between team members and clients, and ensuring projects remain organized and on track throughout every phase of development.

Known for her reliability, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple priorities at once, Fara serves as a key support system for both the engineering team and clients throughout the life of a project. She is committed to maintaining the high level of service and professionalism that clients have come to expect from Carubba Engineering.

Outside of work, Fara enjoys spending time with her husband, Richard, and their children, Luke and Leia. She loves family movie nights, trying new restaurants, and taking trips to the Gulf Coast whenever possible.
